If they are just using tags, I don't think it's really structured blogging. There's no semantics attached to a tag. I think using tags is a great way to start, as everyone has them, but hopefully they will move towards a community-agreed upon standard for classifieds listings, so that other services can index the content as well, and bring down the Google Bases of the world.
