Sacha Chua on Moleskinning

I've been using Moleskines for years. I have one small and one large, and at least one of them is with me at all times. I don't use it for making blog notes, but for story/script notes and just random notes about things I've seen and heard as I'm out and about, living life. For me it's because the very act of writing something down anchors it in my memory, and having that beautiful notebook somehow elevates that writing. When you think of all the great writers and observers who Moleskined their way across the world...it feels as if I've become part of a long tradition, inserting myself into a grand continuity. For that reason only gel pens are allowed to touch my Moleskines' pages.

Try a fountain pen one of these days. =) It's an awesome experience.
