Sacha Chua Does Me One Better

My t shirt lease has become a pain, primarily because Jeff Pulver has only sent me two styles of shirts for 198 days! Sacha Chua suggests a new approach: renting space on my Powerbook lid:

[from sacha chua :: geek - girl - tech evangelist wannabe]
I'm so tempted to sell advertising space on my laptop. ;) After all, Stowe Boyd sold his T-shirt rights...

There's actually a business plan in there somewhere. People register with the company, get sent a new sticker every month that covers the lid, and take pictures to show they've put in on at the start and that its still there at the end of the month, and they get sent a small check. Fun!

I guess I will have to cut Sacha in on it, though...

There are better places where Sacha could advertise, if only she followed a clue by Chris Pirillo:-)

No, I don't think I'll do what Chris Pirillo did. I don't plan to have a lot of people see *that* advertising space. ;b

Stowe, both ideas are great. Heck, with a small bottle of "goo gone" you could keep swapping stickers and generating ad revenue for a long time...unless you stack stickers like we do with our registration tags on license plates ;)

On another note, there seem to be quite a bit of bloggers around with sponsor stickers on their laptops already from a company called, "do not disturb!"

What's up with that? :P
