Internet Addiction

My name is Stowe, and I am an Internet addict:

That study said that 5 percent to 10 percent of the population likely will experience Internet addiction.

It said signs include a disregard for health or appearance, sleep deprivation and decreased physical activity and social interaction with others, as well as dry eyes, carpal tunnel syndrome and repetitive motion injuries of hands and fingers.

That's me, sitting here unshaved, unbathed, in my PJs, blithely typing away, IMing and blogging.

Stowe, I'm right there with you. It actually isn't healthy- which is no shock. I find myself staying up much later as I want to be by the computer as emails come in. Thus, leads me to staying up late and then being tired during the week. I've got a crackberry to allow me to receive email anywhere I go, but in the end, it's just not the same.
