San Francisco: I like the idea of Twitternotes, a new app that allows you to save notes to yourself that you type on Twitter. But the implementation of #hashtags is a bit painful.
Here's an example, where I typed "+Testing #Twitternotes" into Twitter:
The leading "+" is a signal to Twitternotes that the message is to be saved at the Twitternotes website. And that works in a simple fashion. But Twitternotes id'd the #hashtag, and made it an explicit tag, which is ok, but it pulled it out of the text, which is not ok.
I guess I am not expecting for someone to take another run at Stikkit, which Rael Dornfest and the values of n folks seemed to have fallen out of love with, but a tweet-based personal information organizer tool might be interesting. Maybe Rael should drop some of the more complex (buggy) functionality and integrate with a Twitter front-end.
Imagine "?Joan Jenkins" might lead to a dump of to-dos, notes, and phone numbers for a hypothetical Joan. As long as people are willing to live their lives in the full openness of Twitterdom, this might be possible. Likewise, some degree of privacy could be ensured by direct messaging to an app like Twitternotes.

First, thank you for taking your time to review the application.
About the problem of the tags marked with '#' being pulled out of the text, there's another notation we implemented for that situation: « + Testing *Twitternotes* ».
