ugh. i have strong resentment for what happened. ive been using plaxo's sync service for almost 2 years now and i can really say how well it works to syncing my phone contacts with my desktop address book with an online server. three levels of seamless syncing. i do a lot of product reviews especially for phones so you will realize how useful this app is in syncing my entire address book with all the devices i use - whether it be a cellphone, smartphone, or laptop.

when the merger happened, plaxo screwed me over and messed up my address book, syncing all these weird contacts from the past and duplicating entries i had previously deleted. in short, the merger messed up the sole purpose why i used this service.
