I didn't want to go too far into the user side of things because most people haven't actually played with Wave (I have) and we're so early in the beta that things might change radically before they come out. As it stands, I found Wave pretty confusing, but pretty interesting from a geeky user standpoint. I just couldn't figure out how (for example) it was a better way to collaboratively edit a blog post than simply having everyone use a Google Docs document and chat about it on IM.
