I am hopelessly confused about the Internet Week Make The Stage process. There was online voting, AND a bunch of judges, AND now I’ve been invited to a Voting Party where apparently attendees will get to vote some more.

Yikes.

I am pretty sure that my lowly, lowly panel on Work Media — with David Armano, Chris Boudreaux, and me talking about social tools in the enterprise — won’t get through all this hoopla, alas. Seems like I’d have to hire a PR agent to rise above the noise. Or bribe people to vote.
