Alltop.com: Social Media

Austin: Guy Kawasaki has launched a new start-up called Alltop.com, which is an aggregator of web media. Looks like another attempt to provide a sampling of the best writing on the web, so that people will have authoritative voices on various topics.

It was sort of surprising to see /Message there, in the social media news stand:

There seems to be almost no social element in this site. I presume that is an area of future implementation, but without it the experience will be pretty solitary, which is too bad.
