Lijit

Chris Brogan mentioned Lijit on Twitter this morning, so I took a look. Basically a way to aggregate various sources — your blog, your mybloglog network, your delicious bookmarks, etc. — and then search across them.

Did a good job of figuring my world out:

It seems to think that the list I have for upcoming events at /Message is a blogroll, but still it’s trying:

Then I tried to join, and discovered that I was already a member: for 2 years and 7 months!

I guess they must have changed the product extensively, because I don’t remember it at all.

Seems like a potentially useful tool. I guess it is simply creating a specifically formed Google query to get the various results. Something Google could knock off in a few days, I bet.
